About the Director
Matthew is a queer director, writer and comedian from Dublin. His works explore the social personas people construct to hide their true selves. In 2022 he was selected for the Screen Ireland Spotlight programme for television comedy. The resultant series Scouting for Boys (co-created with Allie O'Rourke) is currently in development with Killer Films and Amazon MGM. He has been shortlisted for the Virgin Media Discovers Scheme and the NTA First Credit Scheme.
