About the Director
Carleton is a Belfast-born filmmaker.
His 2021 short film, Transmission held its world premiere at the Academy Award and BAFTA qualifying L.A. Shorts International Film Festival. His follow-up short, I’ll Be Frank premiered at the BAFTA qualifying Aesthetica Film Festival before holding East and West Coast premieres at the Cinequest and Chicago International Children's Film Festivals, both Academy Award qualifying events.
Beyond his work in independent film, Carleton also serves as Head of Post-Production at Richter Sports where he leads the edit team. He has provided his edit supervision on projects such the Usyk vs. Joshua II World Title Fight and the ESPN Documentary Road to Riyadh, which promoted the Fury vs. Ngannou boxing clash.
